Our Mission Statement

The Ronald McDonald House of the Red River Valley supports families whose children are receiving medical care in the Fargo-Moorhead area by providing a home away from home to keep families close to their children, and supporting programs that directly benefit the well-being of children.

Our Vision

The vision of RMHC-RRV is to be recognized throughout the Midwest as an organization making a significant contribution towards improving the lives of children and their families.

Our Values

RMHC-RRV will:

  • Maintain a comfortable, attractive, supportive and homelike environment for children and their families.
  • Provide children and their families with excellent service
  • Provide an environment where volunteers and staff take pride in quality, meaningful work.

  • Maintain effective community relations by communicating and interacting with healthcare providers and other agencies and groups supportive of children.

Putting It into Action

RMHC of the Red River Valley makes an immediate, positive impact on childrens lives in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. We are part of a global network of Ronald McDonald House Chapters in 52 countries and regions.

We award small grants to other nonprofit organizations that align with our mission to positively impact the health and well being of children.
