Volunteer
The
role of a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House is to provide assistance,
utilize your talents and share your time in service to our program
and our families. The success and strength of the Ronald McDonald
House comes through the dedication and effort of our volunteers.
We
would love to have you join our volunteer team!
You
can volunteer on your own, with a group or by joining a committee.
You can volunteer one time or regularly or anything in between.
Volunteer opportunities include preparing meals or baking treats,
helping with office projects, light housecleaning, yard work, working
with fundraising campaigns, serving on a committee or helping with
special events. You can even call us and share your ideas
for a volunteer project.
To volunteer at
Ronald McDonald House, you need to be:
- 16
years of age or older. Volunteers younger than 16 must be
accompanied by an adult.
- Flexible;
able and willing to deal with a variety of situations and tasks
- Dependable
and committed
- Able
to maintain confidentiality and respect for our families
- Willing
to share your time and talents!
