Donate to the RMHC-RRV through the Impact Give Back website.

You can also donate at your local McDonald's restaurant by dropping your extra coins in the counter change box next to the register.  A little can change a lot, and all of your donations matter.

And it’s individual donors like you who make it possible. No matter the size, the cumulative impact of the gifts you give – whether monetary, in kind, or volunteer hours – is profound. When added together your support:

Helps children heal better and faster

At twelve years old, Mikey Anderson was diagnosed with cancer. To be close to the hospital, his family stayed at the Ronald McDonald House North. There, the Anderson family stayed together with Mom and Dad always by Mikey’s side with hugs, kisses and reassuring smiles. After a year of treatment, Mikey was pronounced completely cancer free.

Eases the financial burden

The average family stays at a Ronald McDonald House for nine nights, but some stay much longer – like the Smith family. They needed the services of the RMH for four months while their baby girl was getting treatment due to premature birth. Considering a night’s stay at a House is about US $15, their cost savings on hotel rooms were huge. They also saved on meals and transportation. In addition to the support they received from volunteers and other parents is, of course, priceless.

Bridges access to health care

In Park Rapids, MN, John’s mother was not able to find treatment for John, who has Down syndrome as well as a malformed foot. He was shy and withdrawn as a result. When the family received treatment in Fargo, the Ronald McDonald House staff was able to assist with the arrangements for ongoing medical care and connected him with psychological counseling and other support services.
